What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Engage and convert prospects into interested candidates through research and inquiries
? Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate suitability
? Build and maintain networks for generating candidate referrals
? Manage the full recruitment cycle, including negotiating offers and closing with candidates
? Attend and represent the employer at industry recruiting events

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, specifically in Travel Nurse and PRN recruitment
? Excellent communication skills with a client/nurse-centered approach
? Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
? Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with efficient time management
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

? Proven track record of managing a full desk in recruitment
