Primary Responsibilities

? Provide accurate details regarding products and the status of orders.
? Support customers in making purchases, processing returns, and managing exchanges.
? Work collaboratively with various teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
? Keep comprehensive records of customer interactions in CRM system.
Qualifications
? Previous experience in customer service, call center, or similar position.
? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
