Primary Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and friendly manner.
? Provide accurate details regarding products and the status of orders.
? Support customers in making purchases, processing returns, and managing exchanges.
? Work collaboratively with various teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
? Keep comprehensive records of customer interactions in CRM system.

Qualifications
? Previous experience in customer service, call center, or similar position.
? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
? A customer-oriented approach to problem resolution.
? Knowledge of CRM platforms is a plus.
