Entry Level Recruiter - Remote

As a company, Axis RPO strives to meet the needs of our Clients while creating a fun and positive work environment. We are currently interviewing for entry level remote recruiters. We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, exceeds expectations, and likes to take challenges head on.

Job Duties Include...
? Sourcing qualified candidates using provided platforms like ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn
? Conducting phone screenings to qualify candidates and schedule interviews
? Maintaining communication with candidates to ensure a smooth interview process
? Adhering to the company standards to meet our Clients' hiring needs

? Impeccable time management and communication skills
? Professional and positive attitude
? Student mentality and an eagerness to learn and be developed

Preferred Qualifications (but not required): Recruiting Experience 1-2 yrs
