Key Responsibilities...
Provide real-time assistance to clients via online chat, addressing their technical and product-related inquiries.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EPC products and services, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments as needed.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to stay updated on product developments and technical advancements.
Develop and update support documentation, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides, to improve the efficiency of the support process.
Gather and analyze feedback from clients to identify trends and areas for improvement in our products and services.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and company updates.
Requirements
Bachelor?s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in a customer support or technical support role, preferably in the technology or electronics industry.
Strong understanding of electronic components, power systems, and semiconductor technologies.
Exceptional written communication skills with a clear and concise style.
Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools.
Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
Flexible availability to work across different time zones if needed.
