With a strategic blend of mergers, acquisitions, and organic growth, they are looking for a seasoned Vice President of Transformation to lead their transformation initiatives and ensure that the company's processes and systems are agile and scalable.
Position Summary:
The Vice President of Transformation will be a strategic leader responsible for driving major change initiatives and business process optimizations that align with the organization's growth objectives. The role demands a leader who can facilitate and drive change in a fast-paced environment leveraging strong leadership and interpersonal skills. The VP will work closely with senior stakeholders to redefine processes and integrate transformative strategies across the company.
Key Responsibilities: ? Lead and execute the company?s transformation strategy, focusing on business process re-engineering, system integrations, and operational excellence. ? Partner with key business leaders to drive change management processes and the adoption of new initiatives. ? Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify opportunities for improvements, increased efficiency, and cost reductions. ? Oversee the portfolio of transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. ? Collaborate with IT, finance, and other departments to align transformation initiatives with technological advancements and financial planning. ? Design and implement metrics to measure process improvements and impact on business results. ? Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization. ? Lead and mentor a team of project managers, business analysts, and other transformation professionals. ? Provide regular updates to the executive team and stakeholders on the progress of transformation initiatives. ? Drive the development of best practices and create a framework for repeatable success in company operations.
Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master?s degree or MBA preferred. ? A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a transformation leadership role with a proven track record in process re-engineering and change management. ? Strong project management skills and experience managing a PMO. ? Significant experience working with cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders. ? Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. ? Proficient with various business systems and technology platforms. ? Solid understanding of financial principles and cost optimization. ? Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments. ? Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, with an emphasis on tactical execution and results
