Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support via chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Utilize strategic planning and decision-making skills to handle complex customer situations
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools
• Motivated and hardworking attitude
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills
