Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize persuasion skills to promote products and services to customers
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers
• Strong persuasion skills and the ability to influence customer behavior
• Ability to work cooperatively with team members to achieve common goals
• Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required
