Responsibilities...
? Helping customers with registration
? Assist with hotel reservations
? Answering questions about events and conferences
? Engaging with customers via phone, chat, and email while delivering the best service possible.

Qualifications: ? Previous experience in customer service (At least 1-3 years) ? Good multitasking skills ? Positive and professional attitude ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Comfortable with using various software and web browsers ? Strong interpersonal and customer service skills ? Active listening and showing empathy ? Able to handle a busy workload and multiple demands ? Dependable and punctual for all shifts ? Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities ? Minimum Education - High school diploma or GED.
