ERP (Deltek Vantagepoint) Implementation Specialist (100% remote)

Our client client is looking for a ERP (Deltek Vantagepoint) Implementation Specialist residing 100% remote.

This role will be reporting to the Director of Financial Systems and will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and training users on VP/Deltek. The position requires a high...
degree of coordination and collaboration with the development team and outside partners.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
? Work with the implementation team on Vantagepoint migrations.
? Respond to requests and advise on the appropriate action.
? Develop Power BI reports for Finance and Operations.
? Provide testing for Vantagepoint upgrades and communicates the changes to end users.
? Create/update approval workflows
? Spearhead Firms cleanup in Vantagepoint.

Minimum Requirements: ? Bachelor?s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, a related field, or relevant work experience. Minor in Information Technology or Systems preferred. ? 3-5 years of finance experience with Deltek Vantagepoint including Fixed Assets, Procurement, CRM and Resource Planning. ? Must understand Vantagepoint Workflows and Key Conversions. ? Experience coaching and training team members. ? Self-starter who is able thrive in a dynamic environment under short timelines and changing priorities. ? Proven track record of breaking down and solving complex problems with impeccable business judgment. ? Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans. ? Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of output. ? Willing and excited about diving into the numbers and being hands-on. ? Customer service oriented.

Technical Requirements: ? ERP experience (Managed cradle to grave implementation), Deltek Vantagepoint required ? Advanced Excel skills ? SQL and Power BI Required ? Tableau or Alteryx experience preferred
