- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist members with pharmacy benefit plans by answering questions regarding prescription insurance and medication coverage
- Take inbound calls and address client inquiries to simplify their healthcare experience
- Receive training to upskill and assist with various call types
- Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance standards
- Maintain a secure workspace free from distractions
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 year experience interacting with customers
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way
- At least 6 months of healthcare experience
