Initial focus of this position will be helping boost our current social media presence. A background in creating quality content/videos/memes is critical. Canva or Adobe experience a plus.
? Having a strong amount of social media followers (Instagram - TikTok - Twitter) may replace formal job experience.*
Hitting certain follower/engagement metrics will trigger the bonus structure, so additional compensation is on the table with this position as well.
