#### Key Responsibilities
? Create and maintain spreadsheets to track important information and sales.
? Enter new and updated account information into the database.
? Follow data program techniques and procedures to meet data entry requirements.
? Review and ensure data accuracy by correcting or re-entering information as needed.
? Provide occasional administrative support.
? Assist with special projects involving large volumes of data entry.

#### Additional Duties
? Perform data entry in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
? Prepare and review information for accuracy before data entry.
? Support routine clerical tasks, including typing and faxing.
? Correct data entry errors and implement necessary adjustments.
? Train new team members on data entry systems.
? Conduct daily audits to identify and rectify data entry issues.
? Maintain organized storage of hard copy data for efficient retrieval.

#### Skills and Qualifications
? Strong organizational and analytical skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
? Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry.
? Basic PC skills along with a reliable internet connection.
? Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
? Must be a U.S. resident.
