What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Process medical claims via electronic fax
• Assist patients with medical-related inquiries through inbound and outbound calls
• Conduct medical benefits investigations
• Perform data entry and review patient billing and medical information
• Ensure compliance with the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 1 year of medical benefits experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
• Strong work attitude and willingness to help others
• Must reside in the state of Utah

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required
