Role Overview
? Seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals for Remote Service Representative positions.
? Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, making outbound calls, documenting interactions accurately, and maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
? Accurately enter data and perform typing tasks.
? Capture and document customer information.
? Upsell products and services when appropriate.
? Set appointments in a business-to-customer format.
? Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and promotions associated with each campaign.

Qualifications
? Minimum of one year of call center experience, specifically with an automatic dialer and call scripting (mandatory for remote candidates).
