What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Monitor, coach, and support staff to motivate them towards achieving results
? Ensure staff performance meets quality, productivity, and attendance standards

? Provide phone support and maintain professionalism towards staff and clients

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School diploma or GED equivalent
? Four or more years of customer service experience
? Strong problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal
? Ability to multitask and work independently
? Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a background check and drug screening

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in a call center and strong customer service and sales background
? Bilingual (Spanish oral and written fluency) strongly preferred
? Consistent work history with an excellent attendance record
? Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills
