Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Compensation
? The pay for this position is $20.00 per hour
? Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
? A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Highlights
? This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
? The required availability for this position is 7-3:30pm PST for training for a total of up to 4 weeks. Shift times and OT will be set and based on pharmacy need

Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities
? Pharmacy reviewer will have Arizona MediCAID plans as primary; Oregon, Kansas, Nebraska MediCAID will be secondary/tertiary

Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Requirements
? High School Diploma or GED
? Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
? Pharmacy technician license in the state of Arizona

Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Preferred Qualifications
? Previous experience in Prior Authorization
