What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Coach and mentor staff on law, policy, and procedures for issue resolution
• Provide technical support on claims and adjudication issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and implement new approaches
• Review adjudication decisions to ensure compliance with regulations
• Conduct call monitoring and quality reviews for staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Eight years of professional unemployment insurance claims processing and adjudication experience
• One year of experience as a Benefits Specialist 1 or 2
• Education equivalences: Associate Degree = 2 years, Bachelor Degree = 4 years, Masters or Higher = 5 years
• Applicable degrees in Social Science, Public or Business Administration, or related field
• Must pass an Unemployment Insurance (UI) Claim & Benefit Information Review

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
• Knowledge of web-based programs and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, empathy, and technology skills
