Conversion Tracking (Calendly - Google Analytics/GTM/ Google Ads)
Posted 2025-03-14I am looking for an expert to help set up conversion tracking for our Calendly account using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager. The session will take between 1 to 3 hours, depending on the setup complexity.
Objective...
We use Calendly for scheduling, and all users must complete an initial form. Based on their responses, they are directed to either:
A custom thank you page after form submission, or
A scheduling page to book a call, followed by a thank you page once the call is booked.
We need to accurately track the following conversion events:
Form Submissions: When users complete the initial form.
Thank You Page Visits (Post-Form): When users are directed to a custom thank you page after submitting the form.
Calls Booked: When users proceed to schedule a call and are directed to the custom thank you page after booking.
Requirements:
Set up conversion tracking in Google Analytics for both Form Submissions and Calls Booked.
Set up conversion tracking in Google Ads for both Form Submissions and Calls Booked.
Configure events using Google Tag Manager to ensure each path is tracked correctly and data flows seamlessly between platforms.
Completion Criteria:
The setup is considered complete when we can see and verify the following events tracked correctly in both Google Analytics and Google Ads:
Form Submissions
Thank You Page Visits (Post-Form)
Calls Booked
