Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in Education, with a Master's or Doctoral degree in Special Education or a related field.
? Special Education teachers may specialize in areas such as K-12th grade, mild-moderate levels, or severe autism. Endorsements in these areas may be required.
? Experience with student evaluations, including Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
? Active Special Education State Teaching License is required.
? For virtual positions, a state license, 2 years of school experience, and an education certificate may be required.
? Teaching credential with any of the six Special Education endorsements.

Job Details
? Start Date: 2024-2025 School Year
? Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available
? Caseload: Specific details will be discussed during the interview process

Responsibilities
? Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students? needs.
? Provide specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities, adapting methods to meet individual learning goals.
? Assess student progress, adjust curriculum materials, and apply behavior management techniques to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
