Responsibilities:

• Develop a sophisticated virtual receptionist system that can handle incoming calls and provide intelligent, natural-sounding responses.

• Configure and manage the Asterisk PBX system to handle call routing and processing.

• Integrate state-of-the-art TTS technology to ensure clear and natural speech output.

• Implement and fine-tune LLMs to understand and respond to a wide range of caller inquiries.

• Ensure the system is reliable, scalable, and secure, capable of handling high call volumes.

• Collaborate with our team to refine system features and functionality based on feedback and testing.

Provide comprehensive documentation and support for the system.

Requirements:

• Advanced Asterisk Knowledge: Extensive experience in configuring and managing Asterisk PBX systems.

• TTS Expertise: Proven experience with high-quality TTS solutions and their integration into telephony systems.

• LLM Proficiency: Strong background in working with and optimizing large language models (e.g., GPT-4).
