Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. ? Resolve customer issues, including order discrepancies, returns, cancellations, and refunds. ? Provide product information and assist with troubleshooting technical issues. ? Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. ? Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. ? Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, procedures, and product knowledge. ? Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred. ? Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. ? Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications. ? Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions. ? Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience using Amazon products and services. ? Bilingual in English and another language. ? Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
