What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Identify, qualify, and induct new franchisees in targeted geographies
• Develop and execute agreements while negotiating amendments to franchise contracts
• Collaborate with leadership to create strategic development plans for brand growth
• Evaluate franchisee business plans and ensure compliance with brand standards
• Conduct due diligence and analysis for new market entry opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum 5 years of franchise development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, Finance, or Architecture
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Experience in a multi-unit, franchise-focused organization
