? You MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH
Join our growing team of Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidate, will not only be bilingual in Spanish, but also Customer Service focused, and has some Call Center experience. You will have an opportunity to launch your career at CDN; a highly respected organization, providing affordable Dental Plans to individuals across the state.
Training will be provided, and ongoing support from an outstanding team to ensure your success!
Responsibilities: ? Respond and resolve general customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat functions. ? Document all interactions. ? Educate callers on eligibility, benefits claims payments and authorizations. ? Assist callers with locating network dentists or assignment to primary care dentists. ? Deliver high quality customer service support.
Qualifications: ? MUST BE Bilingual - Spanish ? Minimum of 1.5 to 2 years of call center experience or customer service/support experience ? Ability to operate a computer and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications ? Excellent communication skills ? Ability to learn and adapt to fast paced production environment
Schedule:
? REQUIRED HOURS are Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, PST, one hour lunch
? During open enrollment, from November 1st-January 1st, will be required to work one Saturday per month (lower call volume)
? Start date-ASAP
PayRate $18.50/hr
