As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice that connects Southwest Airlines with its valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist passengers with inquiries, reservations, and general support. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space.

What You Will Do...
