Travel Opportunities

Customer sites from coast to coast

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
? Researches various travel rates for cost effectiveness
? Makes travel arrangements travel platforms Deem and Adelman
? Coordinates itinerary with travelers
? Processes billable travel reporting or per diems
? Ensures and maintains compliance with quality requirements and ISO procedures
? Completes required training classes
? All other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
? Associate?s degree in Travel /Tourism or Project Management preferred or relevant work experience required
? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
? Ability to work in fast paced environment
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Available to work assigned hours based on business needs, including weekend work coverage
? Knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel
? For internal candidates, have satisfactory job performance (not on a corrective action
