We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Data Entry Clerk to assist with inputting, updating, and maintaining various data sets. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for accuracy and be able to work independently in a remote environment. You will be responsible for entering data into spreadsheets, databases, and systems efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all information is up-to-date.
### *Key Responsibilities:*
- Accurately input, update, and verify data into various databases and systems.
- Maintain and manage data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review data for discrepancies and correct any errors.
- Perform regular backups and data security measures to ensure the integrity of the data.
- Communicate with other departments to verify and retrieve data when necessary.
- Compile reports and provide regular updates to supervisors.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in data entry or related fields preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data management systems.
- Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) is a plus.
