Stages Learning is seeking experienced special education training facilitators to surprise and delight educators by empowering them with concrete strategies and techniques for working with children with autism. The primary focus of the Professional Learning Facilitator will be to help customers with the fidelity of implementation of our curriculum, the Academic Readiness Intervention System, ARIS. You will be key in developing relationships with our customers that leave them feeling empowered to support student behavior management and learning needs. The Professional Learning Facilitator will also work closely with members of the sales and customer success teams.
In this role, you will provide educators with concrete strategies and techniques for working with children with autism. You?ll also help STAGES launch our game changing new initiatives and help rapidly scale the company... and the impact we can have on children with... autism and their educators.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
? Facilitating professional development on the Academic Readiness Intervention System including behavior management strategies to support educators working with children with autism and other cognitive challenges.
? Traveling to trainings around the country. Travel up to 35% of the time during peak training periods with overall travel averaging around 25%.
? Listening to customer needs and feedback, identifying trends, and partnering with our sales team to ultimately ensure that our customers' needs are heard and met.
? Becoming an expert on STAGES products, the issues faced by teachers in the classroom, and the solutions to their challenges.
? Program analysis, one-to-one coaching, provide guidance to administrators, and more to provide full 360 support to our district partners.
? Managing time effectively, meeting personal goals, and working with other members of the sales team and staff.
? Providing support for teachers and administrators piloting the company?s products.
? Participating in special project assignments based upon company initiatives.
? Meeting or exceeding established weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
? Partnering with our sales team to ensure successful tracking of customer records within STAGES's CRM system.
? Helping identify potential ARIS Ambassadors through interactions with us customers and partners.
? Reporting regularly to leadership on issues, risks, and decisions

On Your Resume:
? College degree (Education or Special Education/ preferred)
? Masters degree or higher in an educational field preferred
? BCBA helpful but not required
? 3+ years of experience in a special education setting or equivalent so that you can bring real world experience and expertise to the position
? Experience in behavior management
? High degree of proficiency in the use of a computer, including the following applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite, CRM, Marketing Automation tools, and search engines
