Pay Type:
? Starting at up to $15/hr (full-time 35 hours)
? Starting at up to $13/hr (18 , Part-time)
? $11-$12/hr (14 , Part-time)
Position Type: Part-Time, Flexible shifts Monday-Saturday
Requirements: ? Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds ? Must be comfortable working outside ? Ability to multitask ? Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace ? Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic ? Positive attitude ? Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members ? Customer Service-Oriented
Responsibilities: ? Exhibit a positive & servant?s heart attitude with every customer and team interaction ? Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected ? Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards ? Stock or clean during ?down? time ? Delivering orders to customers in the dining room and to cars in the parking lot ? Checking for product quality and consistency ? Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items ? Complete all tasks as assigned
