Xpression Travel is seeking a dynamic and organized Customer service call Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to our travel consultants and clients, ensuring smooth travel logistics and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities: ? Lift up to 20 pounds ? Serving the customer and driver ? Retrieve daily arrival manifest to confirm VIP's in order to greet at the airport ? Handling In-bound And Out-bound Calls ? Construes as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel ? Adhere to security policies and maintain confidentiality of records and client information If are a service 'champion' who look to improve and deliver personalized service ? Work with a great team and offer a FUN ? Assisting customers by providing the information ? Reserve the... right to make changes to the job description ? Stand for 8 hours ? Developing strategic plans, roadmaps ? Detect problems such as defective stitching, breaks in thread or machine malfunction ? Meet customers at store entrances with cart selection and offer coupons, or simply welcome people to the store ? Resolve Product And Service Problems ? Receiving and placing telephone calls ? Comply with all safety standards for Production operation ? Ensure that registration cards are accounted for all occupied rooms ? Make appropriate payment/equipment adjustments to billing database ? Provide guests with directions, resort features and information as needed; promoting on site restaurant, shopping and activity options ? Prepare Rental Agreement Folder with all required information

Requirements: ? Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or travel-related role preferred ? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor ? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously ? Proficiency in using booking platforms, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications ? A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently ? A passion for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients ? Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with team members across different locations ? Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
