What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of value advisors
• Build and deliver compelling business cases for C-level executives
• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and present value assessments
• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop account strategies and support high-stakes negotiations
• Track and report on key performance indicators related to value consulting activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
• 5+ years of experience in value consulting, procurement consulting, or strategic consulting roles, with a managerial position
• Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of value-based selling, ROI methodologies, and procurement processes
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• MBA or advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• Experience working with Sales Management and Field Sales
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales enablement tools
• Fluent business-level written and verbal English; other languages are a plus
