The Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement in service offerings. ### **Key Responsibilities**

  • **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and satisfaction levels. Act as the main point of contact, providing timely communication and resolution to any challenges.
  • **Service Quality Assurance**: Ensure the delivery of high-quality service by regularly evaluating and improving processes, workflows, and service standards. Engage with clients to gather feedback for continual improvement.
  • **Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and implement strategic plans that enhance service offerings and improve client retention. Utilize innovative ideas to identify areas for growth and optimize service delivery.
  • **Issue Resolution**: Swiftly address and resolve Client issues or complaints in a professional manner, guaranteeing a positive service experience. Liaise with internal teams to facilitate the resolution process.
  • **Performance Monitoring**: Analyze service delivery metrics and KPIs to assess performance levels, identify trends, and a develop action plans to address areas needing improvement. Prepare detailed reports and updates for internal stakeholders.
  • **Coaching and Mentorship**: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to foster professional growth and enhance team performance. Promote a collaborative and engaging work environment.
  • **Market and Client Research**: Conduct market research and client analysis to remain knowledgeable about industry trends, competitive offerings, and client preferences. Use insights to inform decision-making and service enhancements.
  • **Collaboration and Team Building**: Actively contribute to building a strong team culture by participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions. Encourage open communication and mutual respect among colleagues to foster an extended family atmosphere.

### **Key Requirements**

  • **Education**: Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field; a relevant Master?s degree is a plus.
  • **Experience**: A minimum of 8 years in client service management or a related field with a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering service excellence.
  • **Confidence**: Demonstrated ability to engage with clients confidently and effectively, exhibiting a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adjust quickly to changing priorities and client needs.
  • **Planning Skills**: Strong project management and planning abilities, demonstrating the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
  • **Innovation**: A creative mindset with a passion for developing new ideas and solutions that enhance client service.
  • **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience in data analysis and reporting.
