Responsibilities: ? Develop and implement treatment plans for students with special needs. ? Adapt instructional materials and techniques to meet the unique needs of each student. ? Collaborate with other educators, parents, and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. ? Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary. ? Conduct evaluations and assessments according to students' needs ? Provide support and accommodations to students during assessments and evaluations. ? Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided.

Details:
? Elementary caseload
? Part-time; 20-25 hours/weekly

Requirements: ? Valid GA Speech Language Pathologist-CCC license ? Must have strong teletherapy experience ? Experience working with students with diverse learning needs, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and behavioral challenges. ? Strong communication and collaboration skills. ? Ability to adapt instruction to meet the individual needs of each student. ? Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students with special needs.
