    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage and develop relationships with key customer influencers and decision-makers
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand market share in lecithin, polyols, and hydrocolloids
  • Gather market information to inform business strategy at various levels
  • Negotiate sales contracts and manage sales contract execution
  • Compile monthly and quarterly reports to ensure goals are met
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in food ingredients, nutraceuticals, specialty chemicals, or relevant industries
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Exceptional strategic and tactical business planning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is desirable

  • Advanced degrees in relevant fields
  • Experience in industrial applications
  • Strong negotiation skills with senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with contact relationship management systems
  • Experience in sales meeting management and project management
