This role is open to candidates interested in either part-time or full-time remote work. As a Special Education Teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning... environment where all students can thrive.

What You'll Need
? Certification: Active teaching or special service provider certification/license issued by the State of Arkansas.
? Specialization: Endorsement and/or specialized training in Special Education.
? Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
? Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Position Details
? Start Date: ASAP through the end of the school year.
? Schedule: Choose between part-time or full-time - we'll work with your preferences!
? Caseload: Manage and provide support for approximately 15 students.
? Location: 100% Virtual/Remote.

Your Responsibilities
? Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
? Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
? Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to create inclusive learning environments.
? Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments to teaching strategies as needed.
? Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior.
