- **Order Management:** Assist clients with processing orders, including tracking shipments, managing returns, and coordinating replacements as necessary.
- **Database Management:** Maintain accurate client records by inputting orders, changes, and relevant information into the system in compliance with company policies.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a solid understanding of O'Reilly automotive products and services to effectively educate and assist clients, ensuring they have the right solutions for their needs.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather client feedback and insights to proactively address potential concerns and enhance service delivery and product offerings.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments like Sales and Marketing to ensure an integrated approach to client service and customer satisfaction.
- **Data Reporting:** Prepare and submit regular reports on client interactions, trends, and feedback for analysis by the management team.
- **Remote Work Management:** Efficiently manage time and tasks in a home-based environment, demonstrating attention to detail and accountability in daily activities.
### Qualifications:
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software. Comfortable using technology for communication, task management, and reporting.
