What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Provide customer support via phone, email, or instant message as the primary contact for inbound customer issues
? Escalate more technical product-related issues to the appropriate product support department
? Process a high volume of consumer inquiries about banking products and services
? Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and utilize resources to resolve inquiries
? Track and document inbound support requests and ensure accurate customer information entry

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or GED
? At least one year of call center experience
? At least one year of customer service experience
? Knowledge of banking products, services, and business operations
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in a digital transformation or technology-focused environment
? Familiarity with financial services and customer relationship management systems
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
? Demonstrated ability to mentor or guide less experienced peers
