Your Role
Responsibilities
As a Remote Call Center Representative, you?ll play a key role in helping our clients deliver better health and human services outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
? Providing knowledgeable responses to basic client questions and escalating complex cases as needed.
? Utilizing your skills to solve client problems, updating account history, and following up to ensure inquiries are resolved.
? Adhering to client SLAs and consistently meeting production targets.
? Collaborating with team members, management, and clients to resolve inquiries, and training new team members in customer service processes.
? Reviewing and recommending improvements to procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency.
What We?re Looking For
? At least 2 years of customer service experience in any industry.
? Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office.
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve inquiries effectively.
? Excellent customer service skills with a focus on professional written and oral communication.
? Ability to understand your role within a team and consult the right stakeholders to resolve client inquiries.
What To Expect
? Remote work from anywhere in the USA.
? Video cameras required during all interviews and the first week of orientation.
? Full-time position (40 hours per week).
? Competitive pay range: (29,100 - )41,600 per year (base pay may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and experience).
