Requirements

Previous customer service experience, preferably in a virtual or online role

Strong written communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Proficiency in using chat software and related technology

High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace

Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner

Assist customers with order issues, product questions, and account information

Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed

Document customer interactions and manage data accurately

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon products and services

Strive to achieve first-contact resolution in every interaction
