Job Description

Your role will involve resolving customer inquiries, processing orders, and addressing any issues that may arise with a high degree of professionalism.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Strong problem-solving abilities


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Previous customer service experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner


• Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and professionalism


• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns


• Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records


• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
