As a Virtual Assistant, you will support our operations by performing a variety of administrative tasks and providing excellent service to our clients. Requirements

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities

Must be proactive and take initiative in solving problems

High-speed internet connection

Proficiency in MS Office and experience with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP

Responsibilities

Respond to emails and phone calls

Schedule meetings

Manage contact lists and organize managers? calendars

Create and review customer spreadsheets and keep online records

Conduct market research

Prepare presentations as assigned

Provide customer service as first point of contact
