Requirements

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner


• Provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and other services


• Utilize multiple computer systems to assist customers and document interactions


• Meet performance metrics and targets set by the company


• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and promotions
