- Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system
- Resolve customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with customers
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Strong computer skills to navigate systems and perform data entry tasks
- Ability to analyze and solve customer issues efficiently
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to provide top-notch customer support
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Seasonal
Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
