WES is seeking a dedicated Live Chat Agent/Admin Assistant to provide exceptional customer support through live chat channels while assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality service to our clients. This role is essential in ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly... and accurately, contributing to overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: ? Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. ? Assist customers with their questions and concerns regarding our services and products. ? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. ? Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively. ? Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document management. ? Monitor and evaluate chat performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. ? Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the customer support process.
Requirements: ? Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. ? Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools. ? Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling. ? Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. ? Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. ? Experience in administrative tasks is preferred, with at least 1 year of related experience. ? Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software is a plus
