Key Responsibilities
? Develop and deliver engaging online lessons tailored for students with disabilities.
? Adapt curriculum to address the unique needs of each student.
? Facilitate virtual meetings with students, parents, and staff to ensure effective communication and support.
? Provide guidance and resources to families of students with special needs.
? Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in special education.
Qualifications
? A Master's degree in Special Education is preferred.
? Must hold a valid West Virginia teaching certification in Special Education.
? At least 2 years of experience in special education teaching.
? Proficiency in online learning platforms and assistive technologies.
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
