We are seeking remote customer-oriented service representatives to deliver exceptional support to our clients. As a part of our team, you?ll engage with customers daily, making outbound calls, and ensuring each interaction is documented accurately. Integrity, professionalism, and adherence to company policies are paramount.

Responsibilities
? Typing and data entry
? Upselling products and services
? Setting appointments in a business-to-customer format
? Maintaining awareness of campaign products, services, and promotions

Required Skills And Qualifications
? Minimum one year of Call Center experience with automatic dialers and call scripting
? Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills
? Strong people skills and active listening abilities
? Outstanding attendance and punctuality
? Sales experience preferred
? High School diploma or GED
? Basic computer literacy
? Experience in an Outbound environment
