Requirements: ? 1+ year of customer service and sales support experience ? Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively ? Strong computer skills and proficiency in CRM software ? Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment ? High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
