What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Write product or system development code to enhance application performance
• Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders for technology decisions
• Review code developed by other developers and provide constructive feedback
• Contribute to documentation and educational content based on updates and user feedback
• Triage product or system issues and resolve them by analyzing their sources and impacts

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor?s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
• Minimum 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in an academic or industry setting
• Minimum 2 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems
• Strong problem-solving ability and excellent oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and current systems
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
• Familiarity with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture
