What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
• Attend discussions and show up at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time
• Complete written and oral instructions for each panel
• Provide feedback on products and services, if applicable, prior to the meeting date
• Complete written surveys provided for each focus group session

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Must have a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
• Access to a high-speed internet connection is essential
• Desire to fully participate in discussions on various topics
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• No prior call center representative agent experience is necessary

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in participating in focus groups or market research studies is a plus
• Familiarity with providing feedback on products and services
