In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone. Your primary duties will be to respond to customer requests and concerns and provide exceptional customer service with a focus on professionalism and patience. This is not a sales... position.
Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in multitasking. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment or remotely, is highly desirable.
