Becton Dickinson is seeking a motivated and resourceful Contact Center Representative to join our dynamic team. As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers through effective communication and problem-solving. This remote position will allow you to contribute to our mission while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. ? *Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Customer Support:** Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • **Issue Resolution:** Utilize problem-solving skills to identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues effectively. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • **Data Entry & Documentation:** Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • **Research Assistance:** Conduct research as necessary to provide informed responses to customer inquiries and enhance overall service delivery.
  • **Product Knowledge:** Continuously update knowledge of company products and services to provide informed assistance and recommendations to customers.
  • **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and suggestions for improvements in products and services. Communicate these insights to the management team to contribute to ongoing enhancements in customer service.
  • **Service Level Compliance:** Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) to meet or exceed customer expectations consistently.
  • ? *Requirements:**
  • **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certifications or relevant coursework in customer service or communications are a plus.
  • **Experience:** No formal experience is necessary, but candidates must demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop skills in a customer-centric environment.

  • **Attention to Detail:** Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in responses and documentation.
